Officials have set up systems where it is nearly impossible to stop them from passing excessive restrictions, by not providing routines for people to agree on the reforms; in the way they can choose “yes” or “no” on other civil matters.
However, routines that let people choose whether they are guilty of driving infractions; can be used to let them decide whether they want extra restrictions enforced.
Fortunately, using these routines will safeguard the privacy of voters and keep Representatives from acting like dictators.
