Authorities usually help Politicians escape justice by letting them stay in positions where they can keep acting unlawfully unethical, as they did with Mr. Trudeau and Mr. Morneau.
This “Prorogation of Parliament” appears to be a back up system that enables Ministers to escape justice when these authorities can no longer help them.
It appears that Parliament left taxpayers to suffer escalating debt from needless public salary increases, because members were considered non-essential at the time.
Yet, they did not save people from facing worse needless debt after they resumed their representation; which negligently enabled Officials to overburden taxpayers with these increases.
Now, it seems they cannot stop this needless escalating debt because they are shut down; and further escape punishment for leaving taxpayers this overburdened.
Gravely, it appears these authorities can get away with negligently freeing these unethical Ministers; because of this “prorogation” as well.
People may prefer this Parliament remain shut down for leaving taxpayers to suffer soaring debt, from needless public salary hikes; and to overhaul Federal services as follows:
- Staff earing over $100,000 accept a 10% cut in salary while those earning over $200,000 accept a 20% cut, and respectfully allow a temporary cap of $300,000 on these pays;
- Ministers are automatically fired for wasting tax funds on appealing decisions that outlaw unjust legislation (like Bill 40 and Bill 21); especially those that retain unjust authorities to enforce them
- Federal troops cannot be deployed overseas against bigotry while it runs rampant in home provinces like Quebec;
- The P.M.’s duties are restricted to international affairs while Premiers form a board that votes on issues between provinces;
- Ministers that ignore the unethical behavior of Officials lose their parliamentary incomes, retroactive to when they became aware of the misconduct;
- Negligent authorities are defunded and their former pays used to increase provincial Judges, which afterwards penalize politicians as well as laymen;
- Agents formerly involved in maintaining School services are restricted to enforcing education standards;
- Staff formerly involved in maintaining Health care are restricted to enforcing medical standards;
- Federal auditors that do the same jobs as provincial auditors are re-assigned to help people report Income taxes;
- Armed forces are exempt from wage cuts and granted free medical as well as psychological care for their services.
The above list means to be extended since this shut down gives taxpayers time to show what further changes are needed.
